Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances being voided.

3.3 Right to Decline Registration. ew999 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or reverse any registration at its sole discretion, including where ew999 suspects false information has been provided, where eligibility requirements are not met, or for any other reason ew999 deems appropriate.
3.4 KYC Compliance. ew999 may at any time request KYC documentation including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification. Access to withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ew999 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ew999 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ew999 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification but shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access ew999 is reasonably secured — including maintaining up-to-date software and not using the Platform on shared or public devices where your credentials could be compromised.
4.4 Account Activity. All wagers, deposits, and withdrawals processed through your Account are your responsibility. ew999 will not reverse confirmed transactions on the basis that your Account was accessed by a third party where such access resulted from your own failure to secure your credentials.

5.7 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ew999 will reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the associated Player Account.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an active bonus may result in the active bonus being forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. ew999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where ew999 determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposing outcomes to minimise risk, using automated betting tools, or exploiting errors or inconsistencies in bonus structures.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire after the period stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from a Player's Account and cannot be reinstated.
6.6 Promotional Changes. ew999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated on the ew999 Platform. Continued participation in a promotion after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on ew999 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. General confusion about game rules does not constitute grounds for a wager reversal.

Players exploiting known or suspected errors will have associated winnings voided.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagers and are displayed within each game or market at the time of betting. Attempting to circumvent stake limits through account splitting or other methods is prohibited.
7.6 Winnings Calculation. Winnings are calculated in accordance with the rules of the applicable game or market. Winnings are credited to the Player's Wallet upon settlement. ew999's settlement decisions are final subject only to manifest error.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 11.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, ew999's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ew999 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Player Decisions. All wagering decisions are made by the Player at their own risk. ew999 does not provide betting advice or strategy recommendations. Losses incurred through normal gameplay do not constitute a basis for compensation claims against ew999.

Where closure is at ew999's discretion and no breach has occurred, verifiable real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.
13.4 Survival of Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ew999's operating jurisdiction under international gaming licence oversight.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ew999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ew999's internal complaints process.
